In these sessions, we will use Gestalt therapy to address unresolved negative emotions (anger, sadness, fear, hurt, guilt). Gestalt therapy focuses on the present moment and encourages self-awareness by exploring how past experiences influence current feelings and behaviors. The first session is an introduction, and the second session focuses on the real work, with the third being optional for feedback or additional processing.

Just as we maintain physical health through regular exercise, relationships also need consistent care and attention. My Approach
With a Master’s in Psychology and certifications in NLP, RSCI Coaching, and Time Paradigm Techniques, I work with people who find themselves repeating the same emotional cycles - no matter how much they try to change.
Many come to me feeling reactive, anxious, or unsure why they keep attracting similar dynamics.
My approach is simple: don’t believe what you think.
The stories we tell ourselves often keep us trapped.
When we learn to question them, we find the clarity to build relationships that actually feel safe and true.
Over 200 clients supported, 1000 + hours of coaching delivered, and 64 participants studied in my research on marriage and relationship patterns across the Middle East.
These numbers tell the story - but what truly matters is how each person found clarity again.

My Story
I used to think that if I just loved harder, things would finally work.
That if I proved I was understanding, patient, and kind enough - they’d stay.
But love isn’t supposed to feel like self-abandonment.
What changed everything for me was realizing that I wasn’t “bad at relationships.”
I was taught to confuse love with endurance. To stay, even when it hurt.
Through years of inner work, training, and hundreds of client sessions, I learned that healing love isn’t about fixing others - it’s about how we see ourselves within relationships.
That’s why I created a space where people can finally stop surviving love, and start living it.

My academic research explored how unhealthy arranged marriages in the Middle East influence voluntary singlehood.
The findings revealed that many avoid marriage not because they fear love, but because they fear repeating unhealthy dynamics.
That work shapes my mission today: to help people rebuild their definition of love from awareness, not avoidance.
